Graham Brizendine Achieves ABR® Designation
Graham Brizendine, Broker with Broker Direct Real Estate (BDRE) has been awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR®) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS (NAR®).
Graham joins more than 27,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR® designation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience.
Owning a boutique firm for years and with a lifetime spent in Fort Worth, Graham knows the local real estate market. Active in real estate since 2006, he was initially a licensed Agent and REALTOR®, then continued his education in order to obtain a Broker license and ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation. Being a Broker and ABR® is validation of his additional experience and knowledge. But his knowledge goes beyond passing a test. He has real-world, personal experience owning different homes in the area, obtaining permits and renovating houses, and managing personal income properties. Growing up in the TCU area and graduating from Paschal High School, with family that has been in the area for well over 100 years, he knows this market. Holding a BBA in Finance from UT Arlington and as a Master of Jurisprudence in Wealth Management candidate at Texas A&M Law School, he understands that his clients' real estate sales and purchases are likely the largest dollar transactions they will personally ever undertake. Graham is cognizant of the importance to justly handle this responsibility.
